We were excited to partake in the 70th edition of BRAFA, from 26 January until 2 February 2025, at Brussels Expo. The fair, which is one of the oldest art fairs in the world, welcomes more than 60.000 visitors each year, making it the most important fair in Belgium and one of the most visited worldwide.
At BRAFA 2025, we presented a curated selection of paintings, works on paper and sculptures, from 1550 to 1850. Highlights included recently rediscovered drawings by Jacques Jordaens, Jan Brueghel the Elder and Sebastiaen Vrancx, paintings by Cornelis Schut, Jan Boeckhorst, Frans Floris and many others, as well as a selection of sculptures, including works by Francis van Bossuit and Jan Baptist Xavery.
Our passage at the fair did not go by unnoticed: both De Tijd and De Standaard, two major Flemish newspapers, included a work from our stand in their must-see top 5 of the fair, we made an appearance on the radio (Pompidou, Klara) and even made the national evening news!
